The mother-daughter relationship is so special but didn't come with a manual. That is why we carefully designed this 5 days and 4 nights retreat in Costa Rica.  For you to come together with your daughter, connect deeper, and learn clear boundaries in the beautiful jungles of Costa Rica.
No matter where you are in your relationship with your high school daughter you will leave more connected and have the tools to keep this relationship strong throughout life.

We want to emphasize that you do not have to be a mother/ daughter duo to attend this retreat. We welcome any and all special and meaningful relationships between a Woman and a female Teenager. We recommend teens be between the ages of 14-18 to have the best experience from this Retreat offering (an extra friend or relative is welcome to join in).
Retreat Includes

  • Round Trip Group transportation  from Liberia Airport to Retreat Center (2 departure times)
  • 4 nights of lodging (see details below for room options - first come first serve)
  • 3 fresh and healthy meals a day
  • Daily Movement Classes, Workshops, and Healing Circles

Price per Mother /Daughter is $5,500. (PAYMENT PLANS ARE AVAILABLE- email marybeth@mindfulmovementfl.com)

*Upgrade to Bungalow for additional fee or choose the Shared Accomodations to save.
Any additional daughter's or friends will be $2,500 per person. 

About the retreat
Just a 75-minute drive from the Liberia Airport (LIR), Peace Retreat is a unique, 5-acre, wellness center located in Playa Negra, along the stunning Pacific coastline, called the Gold Coast, in the Province of Guanacaste, in the Northwest region of Costa Rica. It is nestled in the jungle and 15 min walk to the beach.

LODGING OPTIONS

You will enjoy sleeping in the jungle with the monkeys and birds. We have 4 accommodation options to fit every budget and preference: 
  • Double or single-shared cabinas and an open air bath-house and single stall bathrooms, as well as private indoor rooms with ensuite bathrooms and attached balconies - all with safes, ceiling fans and fresh linen service.
